| When will my order ship? | |
| Each dfxllc.net module is programmed with custom designed
software. Based on the custom nature of these products, the delivery
timeframe is typically 10 business days when utilizing the online
module configuration tool. We also offer project-based custom modules
which may require more than 10 business days. Please email customer
service with project details for estimated delivery. |

| Do you ship to my country? | |
| Please create an account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. Please note that for international shipments (outside the United States), freight and duty charges are the responsibility of the recipient. |
