2-Year Limited Warranty
DFX Technologies, LLC warrants that its product will be free from material defects or improper workmanship for a period of two years from the original DFX Technologies invoice date. This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners.
Under the terms of this warranty, the responsibilities of DFX Technologies are limited to the repair or the replacement, at its option, of a defective product, when returned to our facility transportation charges prepaid. If a product is repaired or replaced, the warranty period on that specific product is limited to the time remaining under the two-year warranty. NON-DFX Technologies MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS: When DFX Technologies supplies product(s) manufactured by others, the warranty extended to DFX Technologies will be passed through to DFX's customer. Specifically, but not limited to the following, DFX Technologies is not responsible for:
THIS WARRANTY, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2012, IS THE ONLY WARRANTY GRANTED BY DFX Technologies AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DFX Technologies MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY REGARDING THE PRODUCT SOLD HEREUNDER, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE AND ALL SUCH OTHER WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED AND DENIED. DFX Technologies SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. DFX Technologies'S LIABILITY IN ALL EVENTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GIVES RISE TO ANY LIABILITY. THE LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY SHALL CEASE WITH THE EXPIRATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD MENTIONED ABOVE. |
